Calls by ad source — each tracking number you print on an ad is tagged with its source (Settings → Number routing), so every call arrives knowing which ad made the phone ring. First-time callers had never called the store before.
When the phone is busy and who's carrying it — calls (with talk time) per hour of the day in store time, added up over the dates you pick. Unanswered / AI = inbound calls no person took (missed, voicemail, the AI receptionist). Pick one teammate and Total is their total.
